I received an email which said my HKU account would be expired. And therefore, I provided my credentials.

I used a public Wi-Fi to access HKU IT services.

My HKU portal PIN may be weak, e.g. in a length of less than or equal to 14, or which combines with my UID or a dictionary word.

I’ve checked with “have i been pwned?” https://haveibeenpwned.com/ and found my password was leaked.

I am using Windows PC but which did not install with any anti-virus software. Or, I am not sure which anti-virus software being used.

My PC may be infected with computer virus as I opened or installed a software from unknown source.

I did not update my Windows PC with "Windows Update" in last 4 weeks.

I travelled overseas in the recent 14 days.
